Flagler County COVID-19 Testing to expand partnership with AdventHealth Wednesday
April 27, 2020 – Flagler County will expand its partnership with AdventHealth at the Daytona State College – Palm Coast COVID-19 testing site on Wednesday. The testing method will also change from swabs to spit vials.
Daytona State College-Palm Coast is located at 3000 Palm Coast Parkway Southeast.
Hours for testing will remain 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. on weekdays. Those interested in being tested are to register at AdventHealthCoronaVirusTesting.com or by calling 877-Virus-HQ (877-847-8747).
The tests will be available to anyone who has symptoms or anyone who has had close contact with someone who tested positive for COVID-19, even if they are not currently experiencing symptoms. Those who wish to be tested do not need a doctor’s order
There are no out-of-pocket costs for this testing. AdventHealth will bill insurance for those with insurance, or cover the cost of those who are uninsured.
Altamonte Mall Drive Thru Test Site Opens Today
Allied Health, a non-profit provider, in partnership with Seminole County and the City of Altamonte Springs, is offering a Drive Thru Test Site at Altamonte Mall daily from Monday, April 27 through Saturday, May 2, with up to 250 tests administered per day.
Patients must make a reservation in order to be tested. Testing “fast passes” are offered for patients making reservations, allowing the patient to arrive anytime during their “fast past” hour window. As of 7:00a.m., only 150 appointments remained.
The drive thru will be located on the first floor of the parking garage adjacent to the AMC Theater. Patients should enter at Essex Avenue/Mall Drive from East Altamonte Drive.
There is no charge for this service, regardless of insurance status. Insured patients should bring their insurance card so that Allied Health may reconcile costs with insurance providers.

Criteria: Patient should be either a first responder/healthcare worker, symptomatic or have had contact with COVID-positive patient
Requirements: Must have identification, bring insurance card if insured; accepting all patients regardless of insurance status (uninsured, underinsured and insured)
Cost: No co-pay, no charge regardless of insurance status
Appointments: Appointments required; get a Testing Fast Pass by visiting https://covidtest.eventbrite.com; Testing Fast Passes offer a one-hour window to show up for testing

Volusia County April 27 Briefing
Volusia County Government’s daily briefings kick off at 2 p.m. today, April 27, at the Emergency Operations Center.
The briefings will take place at 2 p.m. every Monday, Wednesday Thursday and Friday and provide the public with updated COVID-19 information.
The briefings at the Emergency Operations Center, 3825 Tiger Bay Road, Daytona Beach, are open to the media and will be streamed live on the Volusia County Emergency Management Facebook page at https://www.facebook.com/VolusiaCountyEmergencyManagement/.
