All Bright Futures Academic Scholars and Medallion Scholars eligible
Stetson University recently announced it is extending its 100% full tuition offer to Florida Bright Futures Academic Scholars and Medallion Scholars. To be eligible for the full tuition offer, the Tuition Assistant Grant, (TAG) students must receive the Academic Scholars Award or the Medallion Scholars Award from Florida Bright Futures.
• Academic Scholars Awards criteria: 3.5 GPA, 1290 SAT or 29 ACT, and 100 Community Service Hours.
• Medallion Scholars Award criteria: 3.0 GPA, 1170 SAT or 26 ACT, and 75 Community Service Hours.
A $500 tuition deposit must be received by May 15. This offer is only available for students enrolling in the Fall 2020 term and they must file a FAFSA to qualify. The offer will include funding from all gift-aid sources, including federal, state and institutional scholarships and grants.
“The Tuition Assistance Grant is designed to help high achieving Florida students who have put in the hard work and effort to achieve strong academic standards to have the option for concentrated study at a small, private institution and stay close to home,” said Joel Bauman, Vice President for Enrollment Management. “Some students just respond better in a learning environment of smaller classes and personal connections to faculty.
