Photographers Can Submit Photos for the 2021 City of Orlando Historic Preservation Board Calendar
The City of Orlando’s Historic Preservation Board is seeking photographs capturing the beauty of Orlando’s historic structures that contain the quintessential Florida various architectural styles.
To continue to support historic preservation efforts, the city has produced the popular Historic Preservation Board Calendar since 1991 as a depiction of Orlando’s treasured historic resources and is currently seeking photographs for the 2021 calendar.

Calendar Contest Specifics:
In order for photos to qualify, subject matter should be of structures that are at least 50 years old and be within Orlando City limits.
Images may be of a single structure or focus on an interior or exterior architectural element. “Structures” may be defined as homes, commercial buildings, fountains, monuments, or signs with defining architectural style character.

A $100 honorarium will be awarded to each photographer whose picture is selected for the 2021 Historic Preservation Board Calendar, sponsored by McCoy Federal Credit Union.
When
Contest submissions must be submitted or postmarked by July 30, 2020 at 5 p.m.
How to Submit:
• Up to three photographs can be submitted per photographer
• Photographs must be black and white and printed on 8” X 10” or 8 ½ X 11” photo paper with a white border
• Vertical or horizontal photographs are acceptable
• Each photograph must be labeled on the back with:
o Photographer name
o Daytime telephone number
o E-mail address
o Address of the subject
o Site address label
• Photos not labeled with a site address will be disqualified*
